MANAGER, EVENT ANALYTICS

The Event Analytics department develops and manages strategy for client programs, develops industry-leading measurement tools and provides a range of quantitative and qualitative measurement services to help clients find value in their event programs.

RESPONSIBIITIES:

· Assist in the identification of new business opportunities in strategy and measurement with existing clients and new name clients.
· Support account teams in new business proposals and pitches for strategy and measurement services.
· Become proactive business partner with clients by developing strategy and measurement programs based on client market, products and audiences
· Compile and assess post-event metrics, provide intelligent reporting with key insights and recommendations
· Evolve proprietary measurement products and processes, recruit talent and grow Event Analytics department into an invaluable client service.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and develop client relationships
· 5+ years experience in the events and exhibits business or a closely related marketing channel, specifically in analytics
· Familiarity and comfort with technology-based measurement tools
· Experience presenting to C-level executives

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Candidates for this position will have at least seven years creative experience in large-scale event design and production with an emphasis in consumer-based programs, traveling exhibits and pop-up environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
· Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
· Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the Client
· Establish creative direction for the entire scope of project
· Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendors and partners
· Generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
· Work with the Client Relation Department and Production to develop concepts
· Participate in creative pitch meetings
· Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
· Manage team members
· Provide quality control over concepts and projects

REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to drive the creative process from concept to completion for all A2G business units, ensuring that creative integrity remains paramount throughout the life of the project
· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web
· Must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to Clients
· A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
· Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
· Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
· Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
· Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position
· Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal
· Extensive experience conceptualizing and designing at least three of the following: product launches, dealer meetings, consumer mobile tours, mall tours, exhibits and pop-up environments, stunts, etc.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director and lead the graphic design process for all project elements (environmental, collateral, merchandise, etc.).



RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with lead designer to provide graphic solutions
· Responsible for graphic design process through project completion, including concept development
· Set up files for print production, including correct file format, determining image file needs for print, setting up files correctly for color separation, font needs, etc.
· Oversee the print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy and image quality are met
· Coordinate with Production Manager to develop project budgeting, timelines and project staffing

REQUIREMENTS:

· 3-5 years graphic design experience
· Thorough understanding of preparing files for all types of production, including offset, digital, large format, and broadcast
· BA/BFA in Design
· Expertise of graphic software including Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, InDesign, Quark Xpress, After Effects Flash, etc
· General knowledge of 3D modeling and animation preferred
· Good understanding of production techniques and current design trends.

MARKET MANAGER

The Market Manager (MM) develops a working knowledge of a target city and determines venues, events and community locales whose populations are appropriate to support the program. 
   
This position requires local and out-of-state travel.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ability to build and maintain an organization that is up-to-speed on all program deliverables via the constant use of a sound business plan as well as communication, motivational, and team building tools
· Successfully recruits, interviews and hires potential PM candidates that meet the superior qualities and characteristics required by A2G and reports all hiring decisions to Regional Tour Manager
· Provides experience, leadership and insight to ensure a positive team experience through guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing and team building
· Identifies relevant and timely development projects for self, team leadership and team members in order to build up their market's business capabilities
· Inspires and motivates team leadership and team members with his/her vision and encourages team members to be part of the development of their market

OFFICE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develops processes and procedures as applicable to address workflow, operational and quality issues within team.
· Manages vendor relationships (courier service, overnight shipping company, office supply vendor, cleaning company, telephone vendor, vending company). Evaluates potential contractor's ability to satisfy agency needs. Defines scope of work and negotiates fees. Ensures proper bidding and approvals are secured.
· Places service calls on office equipment, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, exterminators, and locksmiths, etc.
· Orders and distributes office supplies. Maintains inventory of paper and toner for copiers, printers, and fax machines.
· Oversees mailroom operations - sorts and distributes overnight packages and mail in a timely manner.
· Manages keycard and key access to building, offices, closets, file cabinets, etc.
· Coordinates office closings with vendors and communicates relevant details to the staff. Displays signage as appropriate.
· Works with Production Management to manages off-site storage inventory - maintaining an up-to-date log of all items is storage. Oversees retrieval of off site storage.
· Contributes to creating a team environment that facilitates: professional development and adherence to agency policy, mutual respect and partnership, quality thinking, open lines of · communication.
· Coordinates new hire office set up.
· Coordinates internal office moves (partners with IT on technology component of the move) and furniture requests.
