The Event Analytics department develops and manages strategy for client programs, develops industry-leading measurement tools and provides a range of quantitative and qualitative measurement services to help clients find value in their event programs.
RESPONSIBIITIES:
· Assist in the identification of new business opportunities in strategy and measurement with existing clients and new name clients.
· Support account teams in new business proposals and pitches for strategy and measurement services.
· Become proactive business partner with clients by developing strategy and measurement programs based on client market, products and audiences
· Compile and assess post-event metrics, provide intelligent reporting with key insights and recommendations
· Evolve proprietary measurement products and processes, recruit talent and grow Event Analytics department into an invaluable client service.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and develop client relationships
· 5+ years experience in the events and exhibits business or a closely related marketing channel, specifically in analytics
· Familiarity and comfort with technology-based measurement tools
· Experience presenting to C-level executives

REQUIREMENTS:
· 3-5 years graphic design experience
· Thorough understanding of preparing files for all types of production, including offset, digital, large format, and broadcast
· BA/BFA in Design
· Expertise of graphic software including Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, InDesign, Quark Xpress, After Effects Flash, etc
· General knowledge of 3D modeling and animation preferred
· Good understanding of production techniques and current design trends.
· Traditional artistic talents such as drawing, painting, & photography are beneficial
· Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with all levels of personnel (in person, written, telephone)
· Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written & oral instructions
· Ability to organize & schedule work effectively

BACK TO TOPRESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide general support (project and administrative) to production team
· Assist with research, budget development, vendor sourcing and day-to-day execution and logistics of programs
· May be responsible for some client contact
· Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
· Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
· Handle invoicing for project activities; work closely with Finance to coordinate and track
· Assist in tracking teams hours, preparing documentation on expense tracking and other materials involved in overall project management

· Work directly with field staff in event execution
· Process payroll for field staff, coordinate expense logs and timesheets, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
· At least one year previous agency experience preferred
· Previous production experience preferred with an emphasis in mid-size consumer events
· Basic production skills necessary
· Strong computer skills including MS Office and Filemaker Pro

· Work closely with Production Manager to plan, implement, and manage all details of field events
· Negotiate contracts and coordinate with location, caterers/restaurants, transportation companies, and other miscellaneous vendors related
· Create, track and adhere to program budgets
· Supervise junior staff members working on project
· Manage on-site logistics including field staff, routing, permitting and travel
· May, at times, act as lead client contact on-site
· Produce event specification documentation
· Prepare written report on field programs to evaluate vendors, locations and staff
REQUIREMENTS:
· Event management experience; nationwide mobile marketing experience is a plus
· Minimum of 4 years of field management experience
· Strong contract negotiation and budget management skills
· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
· Position requires approximately 60-75% travel
· Exhibit management a plus, but not required
· Strong computer skills including MS Office and Filemaker Pro

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Flawless execution
· Lead the execution of medium-sized projects, including: defining roles and responsibilities of the project team, developing contact sheet and ensuring it is kept up to date, leading development of production schedule, and participating in creative development when appropriate
· Organize and manage communications between project team members and ensure status reports are up to date
· Serve as a key contact for Client Relations Manager
· Manage junior staff and freelance resources
· Identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed/directed
· Look for innovative, cost-savings and “green-er” solutions to production methods
· Develop effective cost budgets and manage P&L
· Manage/reduce third party costs
· Utilize internal resources whenever possible
· Reconcile budgets and participate in project postmortem sessions with Relationship Management
· Develop a positive working relationship with the client to foster repeat business
· Mentor and coach junior production staff to develop talent that can meet changing client needs
· Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent
REQUIREMENTS:
· College degree
· 5 - 8 years of production experience in a major agency, communications company or production company
· Significant experience working primarily on Consumer projects
· 2 years experience working on mobile marketing tours
· Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations
· Excellent business and report-writing skills
· Strong production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong computer skills including MS Office and Filemaker Pro

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops processes and procedures as applicable to address workflow, operational and quality issues within team.
· Manages vendor relationships (courier service, overnight shipping company, office supply vendor, cleaning company, telephone vendor, vending company). Evaluates potential contractor's ability to satisfy agency needs. Defines scope of work and negotiates fees. Ensures proper bidding and approvals are secured.
· Places service calls on office equipment, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, exterminators, and locksmiths, etc.
· Orders and distributes office supplies. Maintains inventory of paper and toner for copiers, printers, and fax machines.
· Oversees mailroom operations - sorts and distributes overnight packages and mail in a timely manner.
· Manages keycard and key access to building, offices, closets, file cabinets, etc.
· Coordinates office closings with vendors and communicates relevant details to the staff. Displays signage as appropriate.
· Works with Production Management to manages off-site storage inventory - maintaining an up-to-date log of all items is storage. Oversees retrieval of off site storage.
· Contributes to creating a team environment that facilitates: professional development and adherence to agency policy, mutual respect and partnership, quality thinking, open lines of · communication.
· Coordinates new hire office set up.
· Coordinates internal office moves (partners with IT on technology component of the move) and furniture requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 – 5 years previous office or project management experience in a mid-size organization required
· Demonstrated success in project management, meetings deadlines and managing budgets
· Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and Filemaker Pro
